Compassionate Mindfulness for People Facing Cancer

We provide calming mindfulness practices, along with spiritual and emotional support for individuals living with cancer. We also provide education and support for their families, so they can better guide and support them as they face an unknown future.

Support Our Mission  
I wanted my experience of the thoughts and fears about my morality to not be full of anger and fear. I had so much anger about my situation. I hid it. I tried all the things one tries. But the softer way was what worked. Compassion for self. Alignment with what is. It is possible.

About Our Organization

Our nonprofit provides compassionate mindfulness training for individuals living with cancer.

Our programs are designed to create calm, emotional and spiritual support during some of life’s most difficult moments. Through guided meditation, easy mindfulness practices, and supportive community experiences, we help participants reconnect with presence, dignity, and inner steadiness. Our approach integrates mindfulness, compassion, and trauma‑aware facilitation so every participant feels respected and supported.

I felt a sense of being more centered while learning the practices but it wasn't until I found myself handling difficult interactions differently that I felt the true change that was happening within me.
